Remember – This Event Offers FREE ADMISSION to the public,
so it should be VERY WELL ATTENDED.
- In order to attract many people from all walks of life this event will feature a Home Show, A Health Care section, an Employment section, a Car Show and sale and much more.
- SPECIAL ATTENTION: This event also offers Two super benefits that no Business Expo Event in this area offers.
1) All Vendors receive Free Food & Beverage all day, and a Free continental breakfast during set-up.
2) All Vendors are invited to a Free VIP Networking Dinner a few days before the event.
- This event is being held at Northwest Florida Fairgrounds, 1958 Lewis Turner Blvd., Saturday, September 13, 2008 - 10am-6pm.
- You do not have to be a member of any civic, or private organization to get a lower booth fee.
- Before the event 200 posters and 30,000 flyers will be distributed at over 200 businesses. Ads will be placed in American Classifieds for 15 consecutive weeks and we will also provide radio and other ads.

Booth Sizes and Prices
- Standard Indoor Booth Space - 8’ x 10’ - $295
- Double Indoor Booth Space - 8’ x 20’ - $525
- Standard End Booth Space - 8 ’x 10’ - $395
- Double End Booth Space - 10’x 16 ’ - $695
- Non-profit Organization Booth Space - $225
- All booths come with an 8' tall backdrop curtain, 3' side curtains, and one 8' skirted table w/tablecloth, plus two chairs, a garbage can and a sign.
- Additional Skirted Table (w 2 chairs) - $35 each
- Electricity - up to 20 amps - $25
- All vendors will be listed on the website with a link to their business.
